Estival Group Hotels & Resorts is looking for a REVENUE MANAGER for our central offices in La Pineda (Vila-seca, Tarragona). We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person with a positive attitude, capable of integrating into a high-volume work team and oriented towards offering excellent customer service.
The selected person will join the central Revenue team, participating actively and transversally in the management of different establishments within the group, in direct coordination with senior department profiles.
We are looking for a profile with real experience in hotel revenue who wants to consolidate judgment, broaden business vision, and grow within an evolving centralized revenue model, where individual contribution and continuous improvement are key.
The position offers a global vision of the business, combining analysis and operations, and actively participating in the definition and progressive improvement of processes. As the profile becomes consolidated within the organization, they will be able to assume higher levels of autonomy and responsibility.
Progressively, the candidate will be able to assume direct management of one or more hotels, working with different types of establishments, markets, and channels, which allows for transversal and solid learning within the Revenue area.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Participation in the management of rates, allotments, and restrictions
- Analysis of sales, occupancy, ADR, pick‑up, and demand trends
- Control and monitoring of rate disparities
- Operational management and supervision of channel management and mapping
- Preparation of revenue reports and monitoring of KPIs
- Coordination with the Reservations, Commercial, and Marketing departments
- Regular use of PMS, channel manager, and analysis tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in hotel revenue, participating in the management of establishments
- Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Dingus and/or Channel Pro
- PMS ACI and/or Ulises

- Experience with RMS (Revenue Management Systems)
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Analytical, organized, and methodical profile
