  • How to confirm reservation payments?
    Reservation payment: To formalize the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be made (credit card). The rest of the amount will be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
  • Cancellations and changes (We do not have cancellation insurance)
    * High Season (July and August): More than 10 days in advance of the day of arrival, 100% refund of the reservation advance. Changes to the reservation are allowed, although subject to availability, as well as changes in rates and conditions of the new dates.

    With less than 10 days, 100% loss. Changes are NOT allowed.

    * Other dates: More than 7 days before the arrival day, 100% refund of the reservation advance. Changes to the reservation are allowed, although subject to availability as well as changes in rates and conditions of the new dates.

  • Can I reserve a specific number of accommodation or pitch?
    The numbering of the accommodation or plot is assigned by the reservations department according to availability and internal organization. Although preferences may be indicated, these are neither guaranteed nor confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. Accommodations together are not guaranteed or confirmed either.

  • Accommodation Capacity
    4 or 5 people (including children and babies) depending on the type of accommodation.
    VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  • Schedules
    The established check-in time for the accommodations is 5:00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival at the campsite (no confirmation prior to arrival).

    Departure time is at 10:00 a.m. for accommodations.
    Late check out: ask for availability and rates upon arrival (from June 15 to September 15 NOT available).


  • Cots / high chairs
    Prior reservation, at no extra cost. Subject to availability.
  • Barbecues
    The accommodations DO NOT include a barbecue, although it is possible to bring your own, as long as it works with charcoal and with approved tools intended for this purpose (always depending on the weather). In the Safari Tent type accommodation area, Mobile Home LUX and Mobile Home MEDITERRÁNEA are NOT authorized. It is prohibited to light any type of fire on the ground, as well as the use of firewood or wood to light barbecues.
  • Are there accessible accommodations for people with reduced mobility?
    We do NOT have adapted accommodation.
  • Change of towels and sheets

    For stays of less than 7 nights, they are not changed.

    For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed every 3 days.

    For stays of 10 nights or more, sheets will be changed every 7 days.

    Extra towel change cost: €2

    Extra bedsheet change cost: €5

  • Cleaning of accommodation
    The campsite will request €150 as a deposit at the entrance, to cover possible damages when clients leave. The accommodation must be returned in the same clean conditions as upon arrival, with clean kitchen utensils, garbage removed, empty refrigerator, sheets and towels placed in the shower tray. Otherwise, a penalty of €50 must be paid. No cleaning is carried out during the stay, possibility of contracting cleaning at the end of the stay with a supplement of €35.
  • Plot capacity
    Standard Plot 70 m² / Master Plot 85-100 m² : 6 people (including children and babies)
    Tent Plot: 4 people (including children and babies)
  • Plot hours
    The established check-in time for the pitches is 1:00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival at the campsite (no confirmation prior to arrival).

    Departure time is at 12:00 for camping pitches. Late check out: ask for availability and rates upon arrival (from June 15 to September 15 NOT available).
  • Is it possible to reserve a pitch for the whole season?
    The campsite has special long-stay rates. Consult with the reservations department.
  • Are pets Allowed?
    We know that your best friend is very important to you, but for reasons of hygiene and safety in the accommodations of our campsite, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs, presenting the official and mandatory documentation.
    You can always use trusted daycare centers in your area so that, during your vacation, your pet stays in good hands.
    However, one pet is accepted per pitch (check rate). Breeds considered potentially dangerous that are included in the list of the Generalitat de Catalunya are NOT admitted: Tosa Inu, Fila Brasileiro, Dobermann, Rottweiler, Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier... (a pertinent documentation in order will be requested upon entry).
  • Do you have electricity and water?
    Electrical connection: 5A at 220V. There is no water or drainage in the plots. The campsite has drinking water supply sources distributed throughout the interior of the campsite.
  • Is there shade on the plots?
    Although all the plots are delimited by trees, in no case can shade be guaranteed.
  • What does the price of the plots include?
    1 plot + 1 car or motorcycle and 1 caravan / motorhome or 1 car or motorcycle and 1 tent.
  • Is it possible to rent refrigerators?
    Yes, contact the reservations department to manage it.
  • Are there adapted bathrooms for people with reduced mobility?
    Yes, in the community health blocks.
  • Are there baby baths?
    Yes, in the community health blocks.
  • Can visitors be received?
    Visitors are not allowed.
  • Can you come to spend a day at the campsite without staying?
    You cannot enjoy the facilities without being hosted.
  • Is it possible to access the campsite restaurant?
    Yes, it is possible, always with prior reservation. Access to the restaurant does NOT include enjoyment of the pool or other facilities. Parking subject to availability.
  • Where can I park the vehicle?
    In the parking space corresponding to your bungalow and on the same plot in case of camping reservation. If it does not fit in the assigned space, you will have to hire a space in the reception parking (between €10-€15/night/vehicle, subject to availability) or park outside the campsite.
  • Access hours to the campsite
    The vehicle access barriers are closed from 00:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Access on foot is possible 24 hours a day.
  • Reception hours
    Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 10:00 p.m. you can check in with security personnel, always with a confirmed reservation. After 10:00 p.m., access to the campsite without a reservation is NOT permitted, nor is access by unregistered people.
  • Pool regulations
    Comply with staff orders at all times, admission conditions are found at the entrance. Children under 10 years old must enter with a responsible adult. It is not allowed to jump on your head or stand up, jumping and disturbing the rest of the users. Inflatables, fins, balls, water guns... are prohibited. Swim shorts and swimsuits are authorized (as long as the fabric is specific to swimwear). It is prohibited to enter the pool area with street clothes and shoes. Failure to comply with the regulations will be grounds for expulsion.
  • What are the Local Rates?
    Local tax not included in the price. From 10/29/21 it is 0.66 EUR per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights from 17 years old.

    Important: Tourist taxes alternate depending on the location of the establishment and its characteristics. Payment of the tourist tax in Catalonia is made per person and unit of stay (day or fraction). A maximum of seven stay units were established per person, for a continuous period in the same home. That is, if a person stays for 15 nights in the same accommodation; You will only have to pay for seven nights (seven units of stay).
