How can I book?

How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?
If you have booked through our website, at the top left you will find the drop-down menu and there the “My Reservations” section where, with your email and your reservation locator, you can confirm that everything is ready for your reservation. stay.
Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Estival ElDorado has adapted units.

Up to what age are they considered children?
Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests, but do count as occupants in the room.
From 2 years old to 11 years old, they are considered children and pay as such.
From 12 years old they count as an adult and pay the full price.
Always remember to inform the age of the children at the time of making your reservation.

Under no circumstances may minors (up to 18 years of age) stay without the supervision of an adult.

Yes, Estival Eldorado has a place set up for this and in addition to storing your bicycle, you can carry out maintenance tasks.
Pets Allowed?
We know that your best friend is very important to you but, for reasons of hygiene and safety in our hotel, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs, with the presentation of the official and mandatory supporting documentation.
You can always use trusted daycare centers in your area so that, during your vacation, your pet stays in good hands.

What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival?
Upon arrival at the hotel, you must present your reservation voucher, either printed on paper or on the screen of a mobile device, and the documentation (ID, Passport...) of all passengers.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in at our resort is from 2:00 p.m. Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m.
If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your bags in the private storage room and use the hotel's common areas. On the last day, can I leave the room later?

Local tax not included: From 01/04/26 it is EUR 2.40 per person per night for our hotel rooms and EUR 1.10 per person per night for our villas, with a maximum of 7 nights from the age of 17.
Important: Tourist taxes vary depending on the location and characteristics of the accommodation. In Catalonia, the tourist tax is paid per person and per unit of stay (day or fraction thereof). A maximum of seven units of stay per person has been established for a continuous period in the same accommodation. That is, if a person stays for 15 nights in the same accommodation, they will only have to pay for seven nights (seven units of stay).
