Pet service conditions:

• The price per pet is: €25 / night.
• Only animals weighing up to 10kg are allowed, the establishment will not accept pets weighing more.
• Accommodation with pets will be exclusively in a Junior Suite room, changes to another type of room (e.g. with views) are not permitted.
• No more than one pet is allowed per room.​
• It is prohibited to leave the pet alone in the room, unless guests are going to use their boarding plan.
• Room cleaning will not be carried out if the pet is alone in the room, it is necessary to inform reception and schedule cleaning.
• PPC breeds are not allowed
• Accommodation with a pet will always be on request, the hotel does not allow more than 5 pets at a time. Pets may not roam freely around the establishment.
• They must be leashed at all times, and their access to the pool area, solarium, buffet and restaurant areas is not permitted.
• They are allowed to be on the Mar de Leva terrace (bar) but tied at all times.
• Owners must provide proof of their pet's card at the request of the reception staff, which will prove that the animal is vaccinated and chipped.
• A security deposit of €100 will be applied at check-in, which will be returned upon departure if no damage or damage has been caused.
• ​The hotel may request civil liability insurance or a responsible declaration from the owner of the animal at any time during your stay.
• It is prohibited to bathe animals in the bathroom as well as to use the bath towels provided by the hotel.
