El Vendrell

The old center of Vendrell houses a pedestrian area where you can enjoy a wide range of shops and restaurants. The tranquility of the streets and open spaces makes it one of the most attractive areas of the municipality.

The tour of the town center can continue through the Plaza Nueva, where there are examples of Noucentista architecture. Other buildings of interest are: Apel·les Fenosa Museum and Deu Museum.

Les Madrigueres

Les Madrigueres is an area of significant environmental and landscape interest, due to its unique character in a fully urbanized coastal setting and its role as an ecological corridor between the sea, the countryside, and the inland mountains. It is a coastal area of approximately 30 hectares, located in the maritime center of Sant Salvador de El Vendrell.

It is a small area, but with a diverse range of habitats: sandy beaches and dunes, coastal lagoons... Noteworthy is the presence of the Kentish Plover, a bird in serious decline, as well as the remains of seagrass, a marine plant of great value for its dune-forming capacity. Near the beach, there is a Civil War bunker.
